During the Halloween event
First Warden Thelik is located in the hub just outside of Meek's depot. Hailing him will bring up your Task Window with the ability to accept A Ghost this way comes!
They call me Thelik. Iam tasked with the awesome responsibility of First Warden of the League of Antonican Bards. I know, you would not think such a thing of me..... I refined my skill in the halls of Mistmoore, both musical and combat. As part of my duties, I must venture out to the surrounding and distant lands to detect threats before they arrive at our doorstep. I am afraid, I have found something most dire... A hostly presence has overtaken the Estate of Unrest. Seek it out, if you dare and ensure there is nothing left of it to return!
Upon accepting the Task, your Quest Journal will be updated. Head to Estate of Unrest and slay [Torklar the Wrathful]. Return to First Warden Thelik and hail him to receive your reward.
